No, both plans are paid. If you are just starting out with your business and clients, the Starter plan is the perfect place to begin. If you are an established business with a client base, Professional is the complete package for 3D design, your custom portfolio and client record keeping.
What is the difference between Starter and Professional?
Starter gives you the full 3D design studio, every premium gem, your own portfolio page, and up to 10 client records. Professional unlocks unlimited client records, an appointment & service-history log, custom studio branding, and shareable view-only client links: the full "run it like the giants" toolkit.
Can I create bookings on Smile Map?
No, Smile Map is not a booking system or payment processor. We have intentionally kept Smile Map as your creative partner: helping you turn ideas into real life, monetising your smile maps and keeping track of every single gem you used. You can attach your booking site or link to your custom portfolio.
Can I switch plans later?
Anytime. Start on Starter and move up to Professional the moment you outgrow 10 clients. Your designs and records come with you.
